English abstract:
Nowadays, there is a growing interest in including human provided services into the concept of service oriented computing. Considerable research regarding quality of service (QoS) as part of non functional parameters is being conducted in the recent area of Social Computing or Human Performed Computing, where a human is seen as a "service node" or a resource for task completion. In this aspect, the ultimate challenge that our work tries to address is modeling a unified/mixed system comprised of a more static part with resources like software/machines and a highly dynamic part having humans as resources. Finding, monitoring, analyzing and utilizing comparable metrics for both human and software services would enable service compositions and novel business processes where the fact whether the utilized service is a software or a human provided service is transparent to the end user.
